This beautiful hardwood cutting board has amazing contrasting colors consisting of Cherry, Walnut, & Maple.The colors are natural colors of the wood, no dye, stains, or paints are used. It is food safe. It is a great addition to any kitchen and serves as a unique and beautiful decoration for your kitchen when not in use. Juice groove on one side and rubber feet on the other (but can be left off, if requested).
This board is constructed using the END-grain construction, which is better on your knives and minimizes the appearances of scratches. It was assembled using FDA approved waterproof glue, and finished with "Howards Butcher Block Conditioner" (Food Grade Mineral Oil & Natural Waxes) which creates an elegant food safe finish and protection. We have partnered with Howards to include a 2 oz. sample to get you started with keeping up with your board. You can also purchase a 12 oz bottle from us for only $7. But can also be purchased at box stores such as home depot for ~ $9.50.
Wood Cutting Boards are not Dishwasher Safe. Hand wash only with soap and water and treat every so often (about once a month) with a light coat of conditioner or mineral oil. If properly cared for, you will enjoy many years of use and enjoyment.
